Hi I'm Steve Colbourn 
 
Having started in the financial services industry way back in 1992 and found my passion for meeting people and helping them with their future aspirations. 
 
I specialised in Mortgage Advice and started Asset Plus in 2004, and that passion for meeting and helping new people has never left. 
 
Having built a team that have that same passion for helping our customers fulfill their dreams, we are commited to providing comprehensive advice and remaining with you every step of the way.

Did you know our advisers require the industry regulated qualifications of CeMap to provide advice. In addition they must complete regular continual professional development to prove their industry knowledge is up to date and current. 
 
Asset Plus don’t stop there; we ensure all training is rolled out to the administration team and encourage them to sit the regulatory exams to further their own career and development.

Firstly, we need to know a lot about your financial history to ascertain what is affordable and who would consider lending to you. 
 
The second part is all about what you hope to achieve, not just your initial enquiry but future aspirations and help you to plan for your future.

We are committed to continually reviewing how best to serve our customers, and have recently introduced online meetings and a private portal for secure document transfers. 
 
One area, favoured by large corporates including banks and financial institutions that we will not adopt, however, is not being able to speak to an real person! If you need to speak to us, there is no call queues. multiple call number options or chatbots to get through, simply pick up the phone to talk to a real person.
