With a 30 year career in the Financial Services, Steve’s industry knowledge and experience is extensive. However, having witnessed a lot of changes over the years his belief in what makes a good mortgage brokerage has never changed.

Steve opened asset plus+ in 2007 and built a team of specialist advisers and customer focused administrators to ensure our clients come back time and again for all their financial needs. When not working Steve enjoys spending time with his family, holidays and outdoor sports.

Steve is the Equity Release expert for asset plus+. Having gained an ERC1 qualification and becoming a member of the Equity Release Council. The need for this market has grown considerably over recent years but it is imperative to have quality advice before embarking on this area.
As well as the day to day running of the business, Steve is an active member of BNI Ascot Group to help support small local businesses.

COMMERCIAL MORTGAGE & PROTECTION ADVISER
Prior to joining asset plus+ Fahad specialised in commercial and corporate banking and involved himself as a committee member for the Federation of Small Businesses for the South East and Berkshire.
After obtaining a masters degree in Economics from Cardiff University, Fahad has moved around and even had a stay in the United States where he obtained his Realtor Licence.
His in depth knowledge of the commercial market, makes him an invaluable member of the asset plus+ team.
What makes clients refer him time and again?
“Many clients come to me for help with their business but by doing a full review of their personal circumstances as well as the business, often the solutions can be found using a combination of both.”
Fahad is slightly outnumbered by the ladies in his life, with his wife and 2 daughters at home and enjoys nothing better than some time on his own watching old movies. If time permits, he will squeeze in a game of snooker or golf too.

Vicki recently joined us to head up our Birmingham division. Based locally in Redditch, Vicki deals with all purchase and remortgages and protection, with many clients in the construction industry.

Bev is known in the office for her attention to detail and outside for being the life and soul of a night out! Having started asset plus+ as a member of the mortgage administration team, Bev's passion for ensuring clients have suitable protection cover has seen her become a protection specialist.
“When buying a new home budgeting for the new monthly expenditures you will incur is an important part of the process. Equally as important is ensuring it can be maintained through a life changing event such as illness, job loss and the death of a main income provider. “
Outside of work Bev ‘s 2 children, husband, dog and cat keep her extremely busy! However with more time she would like to play more netball, run more and go on more holidays.

WILLS & ESTATE PANNING SPECIALIST
Justyna has spent a number of years in financial services, particularly helping clients with back up planning while they arranged their mortgages.
Since joining Asset Plus, Justyna passed her qualifications with the Society of Will Writers to become a member and a specialist in Estate Planning.

Alfie joined Asset Plus with no experience of financial services but with a passion to learn. Alfie has hit the ground running and become a valued member of the administration team while still learning lots on the job.
Out of the office, Alfie has a real passion for history and regularly takes part in World War II re-enactments and he even owns a military vehicle! Thankfully he walks to work though.

Alfie currently specialises in residential and buy to let mortgage applications and processing. Working closely with Sharon to build client relations.
ADMINISTRATOR
Avani joined Asset Plus straight from college and took to the busy dealings of the office from the off. In addition to her busy work load, Avani is also studying for an apprenticeship in business administration.
Out of the office, the training doesn’t stop there, with her also learning to drive! Any spare time she may have after that may involve a little retail therapy.

Avani currently specialises in the office administration ensuring all procedures are followed within the correct timescales.

Jennifer is tasked with improving the company’s media presence and customer communications, while keeping a close eye on the finance and spending.
“A question I am often asked is, if being married to the boss has it’s challenges, but as our children will quickly tell you “Dad’s only the boss at work and mum’s definitely the boss at home!”
Out of the office Jennifer enjoys travelling and holidays as well as cooking and hosting parties
