Steve opened asset plus+ in 2007 and built a team of specialist advisers and customer focused administrators to ensure our clients come back time and again for all their financial needs. When not working Steve enjoys spending time with his family, holidays and outdoor sports.

Steve is the Equity Release expert for asset plus+. Having gained an ERC1 qualification and becoming a member of the Equity Release Council. The need for this market has grown considerably over recent years but it is imperative to have quality advice before embarking on this area.
As well as the day to day running of the business, Steve is an active member of BNI Ascot Group to help support small local businesses.

Prior to joining asset plus+ Fahad specialised in commercial and corporate banking and involved himself as a committee member for the Federation of Small Businesses for the South East and Berkshire.
After obtaining a masters degree in Economics from Cardiff University, Fahad has moved around and even had a stay in the United States where he obtained his Realtor Licence.
His in depth knowledge of the commercial market, makes him an invaluable member of the asset plus+ team.

Fahad is slightly outnumbered by the ladies in his life, with his wife and 2 daughters at home and enjoys nothing better than some time on his own watching old movies. If time permits, he will squeeze in a game of snooker or golf too.

Avani joined Asset Plus straight from college and took to the busy dealings of the office from the off. Having found her passion helping Bev on the protection side, Avani now heads up the protection administration with invaluable knowledge of insurance company processes and procedures.
Out of the office, the training doesn’t stop there, with her also learning to drive! Any spare time she may have after that may involve a little retail therapy.

Avani currently specialises in the insurance administration ensuring all procedures are followed within the correct timescales.

Bev is known in the office for her attention to detail and outside for being the life and soul of a night out! Having started asset plus+ as a member of the mortgage administration team, Bev's passion for ensuring clients have suitable protection cover has seen her become a protection specialist.

As Billy is also very tech competant, he is a great help within the team with any issues as well as creating new and innovative processes.
Out of the office, Billy enjoys spending time with his family and trying out the occasional escape room.

While Nikki is busy studying for an apprenticeship in Bookkeeping, she combines her talents as a client liaison office as well as being an integral part of the finance team.
Nikki works with Steve to oversee our equity release customers, helping with oustanding enquiries and liasing with solicitors and lenders to get the application processed.
Out of the office Nikki keeps busy with her continued studies and spending time with her family.

SENIOR CLIENT ACCOUNT MANAGER
As office manager Ashleigh is a key member of the Client Account Managers, she is hugely popular with customers and the team as a whole and is known for getting the job done.
Ashleigh and her team pick up the reigns after the application is submitted to the lender and ensure the process remains on track all the way to completion.
Out of the office, Ashleigh enjoys visiting her family in Devon when she can or travelling round to explore other parts of the UK.

Jennifer is tasked with improving the company’s media presence and customer communications, while keeping a close eye on the finance and spending.
